Q: I do not want to schedule meeting during a certain time. How do I block busy time in my schedule so that people cannot request meetings with me during that time period?

Click on the “Block Busy Time” button found in the right column as shown below

A box like the one below will open.

Type in the name of what you would like to call the busy time in the "Subject" section that is circled below.. (Can be just "Busy Time")

Click on the white time slots that you would like to block out. (an example is shown below)

Click "Save" at the bottom of the box.
