SISCO is a benefit administration firm specializing in innovative cost control solutions for employers. The objective - to deliver cost effective benefits that allow both employer and employee to maximize the value of the employee benefit budget.

Richard (Dick) manages the TPA operations and relies on client feedback to drive the development of customized health plan services.  Prior to joining SISCO in 1991, Dick was Regional Sales and Operations Manager for a nationwide truckload carrier.  Over the past two decades Dick has worked in virtually every area of benefit administration with focused efforts on third party liability, complex bill review, eligibility audits and legislative compliance.

Dick graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Marketing major.  In 1995 he received the Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  .  Other educational accomplishments include Certified Quality Manager (CQM) designation from the American Society for Quality, Associate Life and Health Claims designation (ALHC) from the International Claims Association, and the Group Life and Health Insurance courses sponsored by the Health Insurance Association of America.

Dick is a member of the American Society for Quality Control and has served on the advisory committee for Northeast Iowa Community College and Southwest Wisconsin Technical Institute.
