Kathy Hammond

Director of Benefits

 

As Director of Benefits, Kathy manages all health and welfare plans for over 2,600 SCA employees across 10 locations in the United States. Kathy also manages the Health and Wellness team which consists of members from each SCA division. The team coordinates wellness activities throughout the year, with special emphasis on the annual Health Assessments held at each SCA location. Kathy has held this role with SCA since 2004. Prior to that, she served as Director of Employee Services since 1992. Previously, Kathy spent a large portion of her career with Scott Paper Company in a variety of roles.
