Steve Cyboran

Steven F. Cyboran, ASA, MAAA, FCA, CEBS is a Vice President and Consulting Actuary. With over 20 years of consulting experience, he has been actively involved in a variety of benefit strategy projects focusing on health care and time-off. Mr. Cyboran leads Sibson’s Healthy Enterprise Initiative, including management of absence, health and lost productivity. He frequently speaks and writes o the issue of creating a Healthy Enterprise, including wellness, organization effectiveness, absence management, paid time off and integrated disability management programs for national benefits and HR forums and leading benefits and HR publications. He is a credential actuary and a member and Chicago Chapter Past President of the Disability Management Employers Coalition.
