Charles R. Linn is President of eDocAmerica and MD Online, LLC. Linn leads the company's development of web-based physician/patient communications services and is responsible for all aspects of eDocAmerica's operations. As President, he managed eDocAmerica's start-up operations. As of March 2008, eDocAmerica serves more than 300 organizations with over 1 million eligible participants worldwide.

Linn has more than 30 years of management experience in fast-paced, team-oriented organizations, including those in the health care industry. Prior to eDocAmerica, he was vice president of project management and operations for USOrthopedics, Inc., of Little Rock, a surgical facility development and management company. At USOrthopedics, he raised $10 million in venture capital.

and secured $15 million in project financing for this start-up outpatient surgery center company, and built five outpatient surgery centers with over 80 orthopedic physician partners. Before that, he was chief operating officer of OmniMedix, an orthopedic distributorship, and was responsible for sales growth from $8 million to $20 million in three years. At OmniMedix, he managed inventory control and distribution for 18 product lines throughout a six-state region. He earned 16 Distributor of the Year and Top Sales awards from product manufacturers during his tenure with the company.

Linn is also a 20-year Air Force veteran, having served as a lieutenant colonel, command pilot and Pentagon operations officer. He has a B.F.A. in advertising design from Louisiana Tech University and an M.B.A. from the University of Northern Colorado.
