Craig Froude*

Craig Froude has been President of WebMD Health Services, our private portals business, since July 2010. He was previously Executive Vice President for WebMD Health Services since July 2005 and, beginning in 2002, served in a similar position at HLTH Corporation, our former parent company. WebMD Health Services provides health plans, employers and hospitals with personalized tools and services to help their employees and plan members make informed benefit, provider and treatment choices. He has been instrumental in growing WebMD's private portal business that now delivers online health programs to tens of millions of consumers.

Prior to its acquisition by HLTH in 2002, Mr. Froude served as a Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of WellMed, Inc.. Under his leadership, WellMed earned numerous awards and was recognized as one of Inc.'s "500 Fastest Growing Companies" in 2001.

Mr. Froude's experience in the technology industry includes senior management positions at Creative Multimedia and Central Point Software.

Mr. Froude graduated from Oregon State University with a B.S. degree in finance.
