Susan Bumpas is the Benefit Plans’ Analyst for the University of Arkansas System where she has oversight of the medical and prescription drug programs as well as other benefits for all participating employees.  Mrs. Bumpas is a Registered Nurse and a Certified Case Manager with 25 years of health care experience.  She has been working in the employer self- insured arena for the last 9 years developing special programs for wellness, disease management and preventive care.
